Follow-up appointment for clients who have previously had their brows done with the hairstroke or combo technique by me, Sofie. Before booking a top-up, the pigment should have faded significantly to avoid oversaturation, which can cause a blurred or uneven result. If you’re unsure, please send clear photos via WhatsApp (number below) before booking. Important: If you have old pigmentation from another artist, please contact me first for evaluation by emailing a clear photo of both brows to +46761722484 before booking.
Cancellation Policy
A deposit is paid at booking and deducted from the treatment price: €20 for Lash Lift or Brow Lift, €30 for the Lash + Brow Lift combo, €150 for new Nano Brows or Microblading clients, and €100 for paid Nano Brows or Microblading top-ups for existing clients. Free treatments require no deposit or card. For new Nano Brows/Microblading clients, cancellation or rescheduling at least 24 hours before the appointment has no extra fee and the deposit transfers to the new appointment. If cancelled less than 24 hours before, the deposit is forfeited and 50% of the remaining balance is charged to the card on file. A no-show is charged 100% of the remaining balance. For all other paid treatments, cancellation or rescheduling at least 24 hours before has no extra fee and the deposit transfers. If cancelled less than 24 hours before, 50% of the remaining balance is charged, but the deposit can still be transferred to a new appointment. A no-show is charged 100% of the remaining balance. By booking, the client authorizes NOLA to store the card and apply these charges according to this policy.
