REFUND POLICY
At NOLA Beauty, we want all clients to feel confident and satisfied with their experience. Please read our refund policy carefully before booking:
1. Services

Payments for completed services are non-refundable.

As results can vary depending on individual skin type, healing, and aftercare, we cannot guarantee identical outcomes for every client.

If you are unhappy with your result, please contact us within 7 days of your appointment. We will do our best to find a suitable solution, which may include a correction session.
2. Deposits

Some services require a non-refundable deposit at the time of booking.

Deposits are applied toward the total cost of your service.

If you cancel or reschedule at least 24 hours in advance, the deposit may be transferred to a new appointment.

Deposits are forfeited in case of late cancellation (less than 24 hours) or missed appointments.
3. Products

Unopened retail products may be returned within 14 days of purchase with proof of receipt.

For hygiene and safety reasons, opened or used products cannot be refunded or exchanged.
4. Gift Cards & Packages

Gift cards and prepaid packages are non-refundable and non-transferable.

They may be redeemed for services or products of equal value at NOLA Beauty.
5. Exceptions
Refunds may only be considered in exceptional cases where required by applicable consumer protection law.
