These Terms & Conditions apply to all bookings and services provided by NOLA Beauty. By booking an appointment, you agree to the following:

1. Appointments & Bookings

• All appointments must be booked through our booking system, by direct message, or by phone/email.

• You are responsible for providing accurate contact details when booking.

• Certain treatments may require that you complete a consultation or intake form before your appointment.
   

2. Cancellations & Rescheduling

• Appointments can be cancelled or rescheduled up to 24 hours before the scheduled time without charge.

• Cancellations made less than 24 hours before, or missed appointments (“no-shows”), may be charged in full or result in loss of deposit.

• We reserve the right to reschedule or cancel appointments in case of illness, emergencies, or events beyond our control.
   

3. Deposits & Payments

• Some services may require a non-refundable deposit at the time of booking. This will be clearly stated during the booking process.

• The remaining balance must be paid at the appointment, unless otherwise agreed.

• Payments are accepted via the methods specified on our website or booking page.
   

4. Health & Safety

• You must inform us of any relevant health conditions, allergies, skin sensitivities, or medications prior to treatment.

• Certain treatments are not suitable for everyone. We reserve the right to refuse service if we believe the treatment may not be safe or appropriate.

• Clients under the age of 18 must have parental consent (some treatments may not be available to minors).
   

5. Results & Liability

• Results may vary depending on individual skin type, aftercare, and lifestyle.

• We cannot guarantee identical results for every client.

• NOLA Beauty is not liable for reactions caused by undisclosed medical conditions, medications, or allergies.

• Clients are responsible for following the provided aftercare instructions to ensure the best possible results.
   

6. Data & Privacy

• By booking with us, you consent to the collection and processing of your personal data as described in our [Privacy Policy].

• Sensitive data (e.g. health information) is collected only when necessary and handled in accordance with GDPR.
   

7. Intellectual Property

• All content on our website, booking page, and social media (text, images, logos, product names) is the property of NOLA Beauty and may not be copied or used without permission.
   

8. Governing Law

These Terms & Conditions are governed by the laws of Spain. Any disputes shall be resolved under Spanish jurisdiction.
