Service Description
A treatment for those who want to combine a lash lift and brow lift. Tinting and shaping of the brows are included. Before your treatment: - Arrive without eye makeup or contact lenses. - Please do NOT pluck or trim your brows before your appointment. - Plan to shower/wash your hair beforehand, as you must avoid getting your lashes wet for at least 24 hours after the treatment. After your treatment: - Avoid showers, baths, saunas, and activities that cause sweating for at least 24 hours. - Avoid products containing oils and mascara for at least 24 hours. - For longer-lasting results, do not use waterproof mascara after your lash lift.
Cancellation Policy
A deposit is paid at booking and deducted from the treatment price: €20 for Lash Lift or Brow Lift, €30 for the Lash + Brow Lift combo, €150 for new Nano Brows or Microblading clients, and €100 for paid Nano Brows or Microblading top-ups for existing clients. Free treatments require no deposit or card. For new Nano Brows/Microblading clients, cancellation or rescheduling at least 24 hours before the appointment has no extra fee and the deposit transfers to the new appointment. If cancelled less than 24 hours before, the deposit is forfeited and 50% of the remaining balance is charged to the card on file. A no-show is charged 100% of the remaining balance. For all other paid treatments, cancellation or rescheduling at least 24 hours before has no extra fee and the deposit transfers. If cancelled less than 24 hours before, 50% of the remaining balance is charged, but the deposit can still be transferred to a new appointment. A no-show is charged 100% of the remaining balance. By booking, the client authorizes NOLA to store the card and apply these charges according to this policy.
